The Sales Account Executive is responsible for finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients. With their extensive knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. A successful individual will be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with solid computer and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be skilled communicators and presenters, organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • They are providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Executing cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are met.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintaining a database of contact information.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with internal departments. Building external contact relationships to create a better customer experience.
  • Handling complaints and negotiations.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of Sales experience in a management role or related field preferred.
  • Professional in appearance, punctual, and dependable.
  • Valid Driver's License preferred.

KEY SKILLS: 

  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pipedrive, Google Suite, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute tests, collect, and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Copywriting processes is desired, but not required.
  • Proven SEO experience.
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite).
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing, and other search engine and social media platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
  • Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search by client goals.
  • Provide oversight and manage new paid search and social media campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Provide oversight, and management, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance by client goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • No less than 2 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large-scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.

The Social Media Account Manager (SMAM) is responsible for working with multiple brands, and overseeing Social Media campaigns, including but not limited to: research, campaign/content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Knowledge of SEO best practices is helpful. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR, and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for the platform used and the intended audience
  • Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client
  • Analyze and report social media actions every month for successes and new opportunities
  • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect the Client and their brand (customize Social Media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc.)
  • Work with teams to maintain consistency of established branding messages reflecting The Go Agency’s marketing materials, Social Media Content, and, information shared by employees/departments
  • Purchase Ads within the Client’s monthly budget to develop and grow their social presence and increase sales

Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in user-generated content management, content marketing, and reputation management
  • 1+ years of Social Media marketing experience 
  • Working knowledge of Social Media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Ads, and Twitter
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic content creation and development
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to maintain correspondence with multiple Clients

Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid - 20 hours in-office / 20 hours remote

Pay: $15-$18/hour (DOE)

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to take care of all our company day to day financial tasks. You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks. To do well in this role you should have previous experience as a Bookkeeper and have used Quickbooks. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
  • Monitor financial transactions and reports.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable.
  • Process checks.
  • Understand ledgers.
  • Work with an accountant when necessary.
  • Handle monthly payroll using accounting software.

Qualifications: 

  • Valid Quickbooks Certification.
  • Associates degree in accounting preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping software.
  • Advanced experience with accounting software.
  • At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Pay: $40k-$50k (DOE)
