The Events Manager supports the Director in the overall planning of meetings and special events for The Go Agency Inc. and established clients/organizations including creating event concepts, selecting venues, budgeting, securing sponsorships, handling logistics, handling event marketing, negotiating with subcontractors/vendors, preparing expenditure reports, and evaluating event effectiveness. This individual must be self motivated and outgoing to assist the Company in delivering phenomenal events that build business relationships, generate excitement around our organization, grow sales, and amplify brand awareness. The ideal candidate for this role should have superior organizational skills, great leadership qualities, excellent multi-tasking skills, superb interpersonal skills, and be creative. The Events Manager will deliver remarkable brand experience for our clients, reinforce client-to-business relations, enhance our organization’s image, aid business growth, and deliver events that meet objectives and exceed expectations.


  • Conceptualizes event themes, prepares and manages event timelines, coordinates technical aspects, generates media interest and coverage, processing invoices, organizing marketing material, and manages risk.
  • Source for materials and act as a negotiator to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers.
  • Key liaison between client, event managers, in-house designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met.
  • Apply for licenses, permits required with relevant authorities.
  • Coordinates and manages the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring delivery of a high quality event.
  • Plans and proposes workflows for every event; Supervises and manages all suppliers and contractors working on location.
  • Designs and implements meeting/event planning policies and procedures.
  • Approves the final selection of venues, menus, and vendors for catering, technology, and other event support services.
  • Reviews and approves contracts and has overall responsibility for ensuring events stay within budget.
  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility and input into developing the budget.
  • Develops event concepts, manages event budgets, coordinates logistical elements, organizes marketing material, processes payments and invoices.
  • Evaluates and submits post-event reporting.



  • Proven experience in the Event industry (4+ years)
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Project management experience

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients. With their extensive knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. A successful individual will be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be skilled communicators and presenters, organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.


  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.

  • Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Social Media Account Manager - Marketing - Pocatello


The Social Media Account Manager (SMAM) is responsible for working with multiple brands, overseeing Social Media campaigns, to include but not limited to: research, campaign/content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting. Knowledge of SEO best practices is helpful. 



  • Work with clients to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries
  • Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience
  • Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client
  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
  • Create engaging and professional visuals that reflect Client and their brand (customize Social Media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc.)
  • Work with teams to maintain consistency of established branding messages reflecting The Go Agency’s marketing materials, Social Media content and information shared by employees/departments
  • Purchase Ads within Client’s monthly budget to develop and grow their social presence and increase sales



  • Proficient in user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
  • 1+ years of Social Media marketing experience 
  • Working knowledge of Social Media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Ads and Twitter
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic content creation and development
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to maintain correspondence with multiple Clients


Schedule: Full-Time, 20 hours in office & 20 hours remote

The Videographer will work with The Go Agency Inc.’s creative team to plan, film, and edit video content according to client briefs. The Videographer’s responsibilities include ensuring that the necessary filming equipment is available for use, directing other camera operators on set and editing film footage. To be successful in this position, you must be able to understand client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product and maintain consistency with the client’s vision. A good Videographer should stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable.


Ultimately, the job of the Videographer is to creatively capture the client’s Storyboard vision, consistent with the development of content initiatives to drive new business and sustain current business. 

  • Equipment/Shoot set-up and take-down
  • Maintaining communication with Client’s for scheduling video shoots and Storyboard discussions
  • Produce Client Storyboard, offering new ideas and creative visuals/presentations
  • Conducting marketing and strategy research to ensure the product is in alignment with client standards
  • Work closely with The Go Agency’s creatives on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels
  • Film/photograph client’s business locations and events
  • Edit photo/video shoots


  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be available to work weekends at Company Events
  • Highly Proficient in Photoshop and Adobe applications, including, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
  • Proven experience in Videography and Photography
  • Strong digital and editorial skills
  • Skillful with bringing content creation to life through specific visual strategies and tactics
